Hello everyone,
We just test drove a new XC90 V8 and loved it! I then began to read some poor reviews through consumer reports and couple of other places about poor reliability. I'm looking for any information on this subject. Thanks for all your input in advance.

 

The first 2 years had their problems.It was due to the new model being introduced.
Most of the time it is like that with new models.
They have come a long way.

 

So it sounds like they have addressed all the major issues correct? Actually, the fact that it was a new model, engine and everything else is why we didn't get the car earlier. I'm just a little concerned that there seems to be some trouble spots still. Thanks for the quick response by the way.

 

No problem I think they addressed all the problems before they threw the V-8 into it.
I haven't seen that many V-8 with any porblems as of yet.
