Default Should I Buy This?!

Hello!

I am in the market for a new SUV because my wife and I just had a son and need something safe for the Minnesota snow and ice. I really like the XC 90s and recently found a 2016 T6 Momentum online and it's in great shape (as far as I can tell from pictures).

The seller told me he would go down to $43k after I stood my ground when he made several counter offers. These are the details on the car...

The original invoice was $56,965.

Options:

- Momentum Plus Package

- Vision package

- Napa Leather counter seats

- Metallic paint - Black

- Protection package plus

-Hidden Volvo trailer hitch

-It does have a third seat that folds flat"

-Miles 7,500 roughly

-Always garaged

-No dents, accidents or issues

-Warranty is active with free maintenance

My question is, should I buy this car? It seems like a good deal but I have also read bad reviews on the 2016 XC90s. Does anyone know how a warranty transfer would work? Is it even possible? Am I missing anything else?

I definitely would take it in and have it inspected before I bought. Please help with any and all advice.

Thanks in advance.

A lot of the problems have been taken care of with various software updates. The warranty follows the car no matter the owner, so there is nothing to do to transfer it. But I would register it with Volvo so they cana send future recall notices to the correct address if needed.
