My steering wheel is very hard to turn only when trying to park or get out of a parking space. Fluid level is fine, do I need a power steering flush?

 

I am experiencing the same problem with my 08 XC90 What did your issue turn out to be?

 

Same problem here with a 2005 XC90 and a PS Pump replacement did not solve the issue. Cold start noises and difficult steering until warmed up. Could be some other pulley or perhaps hydraulic issue. Sure would like to hear if others fixed the same symptoms.
