Hey guys - I have a 2004 XC90 2.5 AWD and over the last couple months, we've noticed a huge drop in gas mileage. We used to get around 350-360 mile to a tank, and we're now getting about 300-310. NO check engine codes, no rough idle, no smoke, etc - all is normal except for the mileage. We have 155K on it with no other problems. Last tune up done at 87K, so may be due for that but no symptoms. Thoughts? Thanks in advance...

 

Clean your MAF and change your air filter. I too noticed a sudden change and after doing those two simple things...it was fine again....well as fine as an XC90 is on gas.
