Default TF80SC-AWD rubbing when car is stopped (07 XC90 D5)

Hey there,
last year my XC got an overhauled valve body, and everything was fine. Now the car is "rubbing", if I stop at a red light i.e. Not once, but more or less continuous. It starts a few seconds after the car came to stop.
At first I thought I was overly sensitive, but it's not. Fluid is like 5000 kms old (changed last year several times before and after the new valve body, and 5000 kms together with the engine oil, oil level set at the correct temp via VIDA).

Now I'm unsure if it maybe that the tranny doensn't like the new oil (I changed the brand), the adaption is messed up (during the last few weeks I only drove short trips - unfortunately), or if there's a damage in the beginning.

Today I had some time and looked up some data in Vida, and I found out the following:

The TCM input speed is a little lower than the engine rpm at P/N.
If I put the gear selector in "R" the input speed drops to zero and stays there.
If I put the gear selector in "D" the input speed also drops to zero, but after ~1,5 seconds it start's raising again to ~550rpm during this time the car starts to rubble/wobble.
If I put the gear selector in the manual mode - so gear "1" - the input speed drops to zero again.

The temperatur of the fluid was ~48°C (~118.4°F) at that time.

I haven't found anything about this problem on the internet, so I'm unsure if this behaviour is normal or not.

Maybe someone could tell me?

Thanks a lot in advance, and sorry for my bad English!
