Transmission problems-- no reverse, moves in neutral

Transmission problems-- no reverse, moves in neutral
I have a 2005 Volvo XC90 T6. I rebuilt the transmission (the car was not moving before). Now the car moves, however, with the following problems:
1. In reverse, I have to apply the gas pedal very hard to make the car move
2. The car wants to move when shifter is placed in "neutral"
Any ideas? Thank you in advance.
