Upper control module

My upper module has failed and is no longer available from Volvo. No remote locking, Air BG LIGHT ON ETC...Where can I get it fixed? Or what is a good option for me?

Is'nt the Uem the circuit board bonded to the back of the inside mirror glass? And you are saying a replacement inside mirror is nolonger available?
