I just brought the car 3 days ago. Went to get a oil change. Car just died. Only warning reading was check anti skid. I know nothing of cars but I know that's not supposed to happen.

 

did the car restart? check anti-skid warnings usual point to a steering angle sensor or anti-lock brake controller. What else is going on? The warning message will be captured by the computer with more details. Did you have the fault codes scanned?

 

Oil changes don't do this - (unless they forgot to put the plug back in)

 

brought it to the Volvo dealer. The starter had a dead spot in it. So getting it fixed now. Thanks for the quick responses.
