Washer Fluid Reservoir leak/help...
Mornin' folks,
2007 XC90 V8 AWD (Not V8 Sport)
Just bought it a week ago. Great vehicle. After pouring in a half gallon of washer fluid - then realizing the reservoir was empty the next day - I have discovered I have a leak.
I have read the front bumper cover has to be removed in order to remove/replace the washer fluid reservoir. Ugh.
Questions before I start messing with this:
1. Anything I should check in terms of hoses, etc BEFORE removing bumper cover? Hate to dismantle then realize I could have replaced a hose or gasket without removing it.
2. Best place to look for replacements Volvo parts online? Looks like the reservoir runs about $40-$50 in my brief search.
3. How difficult is this worst case? As in I have to replace the actual reservoir, hoses, etc. I am no mechanic, but can follow instructions.
Any help with this process is greatly appreciated!!
Thanks,
- Cameron
