2004 XC90 AWD. Drivers side passegner window is stuck about 3/4 way up. I removed the door panel and peered inside the door where the window motor is.


The cable that appears to wrap around the lower white spool has come off its track and appears to be wrapped around the motor. I have removed the 3 torx screws that attach the motor to the metal support frame, but I dont see a way to remove the motor. The support frame is riveted to the passenger compartment side of the door shell.

How can I remove the motor?
