i have a 2006 XC90.

Å workshop have replaced the control arm bushings. I then experienced klonking/bang when turning at low speed.

I observed the rear bushing inner ring, the one bolted to the subframe with an m14 bolt move against the subframe.

The workshop tightened the m14 bolt even more so subframe compresses over the bushing. It got better but is not good.
Still hear bangs and klunks.

What can cause this?

They probably did not torque to spec on the initial install, which over expanded the bushing, or left free play from the start. You need all new bushings at this point.
