Default Xc90 loss of acceleration

Been empiercing loss of acceleration when the vehicle is cold, feels like fuel issue. Put it in Park, engine will not rev up and tach remains at or below 1000rpm, once car warms up it seems to run fine. No engine lights or errors? Any thoughts? 2013 XC90 200,000 KM

first thing I'd check out is the engine coolant temp sensor. at say 50F, I'd expect the sensor to have 4-5K ohms resistance. when the engine warms up that value will drop all the way to 200-300 ohms. You can google for resistance charts or do a quick test to see if the results are way out of line.
