Hi all- I'm new to the group and I've just purchased a 2008 xc90 from a dealer (my first time working with a dealer) where of course "everything is perfect!". I'm wanting to get an idea of what needs to be discussed with the dealership.

I've never had such a new car before with all the gadets....

-I can't easily open the headrest dvd's should they open effortlessly?
-I can't even put in batteries into headphones!???
-I own a 2000 C70 but the xc90 AWD seems hesitant to shift up or down..is this typical?
