Hello! First time here. 2019 XC90.

After a completely successful towing of our boat 4hrs round trip yesterday, today, after hooking up to back the boat into the barn, the "Perform Trailer Lamp Check: yes / no" message will not go away no matter what I do. Seems to have just frozen like a software crash or something, disabling the center "execute" button on the right side of the steering wheel. I can select "yes" or "no" with the right/left buttons on the steering wheel but the "execute" button (center dot) won't do anything.

I did a FACTORY RESET on the big screen and it didn't make the message go away. I tried voice commands, still nothing. Tried de-selecting trailer lamp checks in the MY CAR>LIGHTS>EXTERIOR LIGHTS menu and that didn't work either.

Any ideas? Is there a reset I can do myself without having to take it in?
