Could anybody help me with this ?? Whats wrong ?

Balance shaft bearing. I assume you have an early 2005?

Considering buying..

is it possible to fix, or do I need a new engine ???

Most are fixable. Won't know until you pull the head and inspect to see if the block is damaged. Then it needs an engine.

I guess the issue is that water gets trapped in the valley and has no where to go damaging the balance shaft bearings. The later engines drained the water out better

Yep. A drainage hole is drilled when replacing the bearing.

I guess the seller tried to make the car look great...

Any one has the price for an engine change.. ?

Thats with a brand new engine ??

Would it be possible to use a used 2006 engine instead ??
