XC90 Wear wiper arm

I have fractured the rear wiper arm at its base. I have removed the nut holding the arm in place but cannot remove the wiper arm. Any and all assitance is greatly appreciated. Also looking to purchase used / new read wiper arm for XC 90. Many thanks.

Try prying it up/out w/ some force-usually the wiper arms are sitted on a slightly conical shaped shaft.
