I have a 1996 Volvo 850, the clear coat (I guess its clear coat) on my magnesium rims (stock) is starting to come off and there are black spots in the coreners of the rim. Can they be "refinished"? I already looked at the stock rims ( thinking they wouldnt be much money, plus they dont look bad for stock) on a site and they were like 270 something dollars each.
