I was doing some research and found out that theexhast manafold reaches around 400degF and the exhast from the tail pipe (http://www.automotiveforums.com/#) around 285 to 350degF.

So could i use this this here

for $20 bucks that not bad, a $40 muffler= $60 dollars for some more sound. Not mention exhaust pipes are rusty anyways.

Bend my curves and throw on muffler at the end? I want some more sound from exhaust but dont have the money to pay for it. This would be very easy to install with clamps and couplers. I cant stand the mufflers size on the 850.

^I'm pretty sure the less bends your exhaust has, the better.

It would have 2 bends, one angling it off the pipe before old muffler and bend at the end for new muffler ou the back. IT already has 2 bends in it now.

Seriously don't waste your time or money. Save your money and go to a local exhaust shop and have them make you an exhaust system. I have one done on my 1995 850 NA for $318 or so.

JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY and do things right.

I agree...don't waste your money on this. Kudos for trying to put it together but if you got it done your compression would suffer I think. You want more sound out of your exhaust? drill a few holes in the tail pipe...lmao.
