Would this work on my 98 S90, becuase i gave up looking for lowering kits for my car, but i came across this website, i realize its out of europe, but would it work?

I would contact them and make sure that is for 3 springs.
2 coil springs for the front and fiberglass or other material rear spring.

E-mail the company. Give them the info about your car and wait for a response.
I know you want to lower your car so much, but you will either have to do this and wait and hear good or bad news or just drop the subject all together.
The 960 S90is very unique for its time. The front has coil springs. The rear uses a unique Fiberglass single rear spring instead of coil springs in the rear. Newer Corvettes use the same style.
Not many company's out there make the fiberglass springs for lowering the cars.
Like stated above either e-mail or call and make 100% sure from them that it will work.
There is no pictures or anything for us to go from.

Ill email them, thanks S70 driver,
and that surprises me that corvettes and S90's have the same suspension in the rear. It just seems that itd be moreexpensive. thanks tech

There might not be a e-mail address. Because I cannot find one myself.
However...
If you would search their website you would find this.

Nice S90, good luck getting yours to that stage without loads of money.
I bet those rims in American money were at least $500-$1000 a pop.

Ya, i got some chrome rims off ebay for $450. not bad at all, they came stock on a jaguar and the guy wanted bigger ones so he sold them to me.then i got a local guy in town to give me a good deal on tires so i got rims and tires for under 950 total. The rims are 18x8 and the tires are rubber bands, 225/40 they ride nice though.I like thechrome on black. if i had you car, id get those 19 inch pegasus rims those things are awesome or the R wheels those are nice to.
