P0128 Coolant Temp Below Thermostat Regulating Temp, help in diagnosing this code

I have a 2000 S40 and this code came up when I scanned it. Any ideas what the code means? Where do I start? Thanks.

Bad thermostat. Just replace it, erase the code, and off you go.
