Default Lower control arm replacement?

I've been having some clunking noises with the passenger side wheel. I took my strut out and notice this. I'm not very mechanic-savvy. I know this isn't good though. Do I get a new bushing or would it be easier just to replace the whole control arm?

You've got to remove and replace the arm anyway, the only added labor is removal and replacement of the bushings. Do both bushings on both sides of the car and use OEM parts. Rubber degrades fast and Chinese rubber- even faster. You'll save over 1/2 the cost.
