V70 is having an electrical problem-- Lights, Speedometer, key release and shift ****. These issues can go away or be fixed by jiggling the key toward you. About two years ago I had to replace the entire key tumbler assembly.

If y'all have any advice please let me know?

I initially thought the switch that the tumbler turns was going out, but I am not really sure.

 

Yea, that's your problem. Depending on where you are located you should order one from FCP or IPD.
