Got a 1998 v70 xc that seems to be leaking oil from right front corner of the car. maybe from the intercooler for the turbo? anyone have any experience with this or any advice on what i need to do? if anything? i was lead to believe this was a fairly common issue.

How big is the leak?

 

minor to mild. leaks a bit more when it's all warmed up.

 

The manual for my XC says it's normal for the turbo to leak a little oil. More would indicate a bad seal or something - but also I believe the normal turbo leak is more towards the middle of the engine bay. There's no oil in the intercooler normally, so it has to be coming from somewhere else.
