I have a 1999 V70 XC that won’t start. I found out that the injector wires are only putting out somewhere between 5 and 9 volts. I’m wondering if it’s a wiring problem or a fuse or relay of some kind before i just start tearing into it. If anyone can help please respond. I also have the inline 5 turbo model if it helps.
