So I was driving on the highway, cruise control on. Engine suddenly shuts off and won't restart. I have since replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pump relay, new battery, new alternator. But I still don't have much fuel pressure at the fuel rail.. actually I have to jump the Relay to get any pressure at the fuel rail.
please some one help me!

How are you measuring pressure at the fuel rail?

 

what happens when you turn the key - does it crank? Does it run when you jumper the relay? Did you check the fuses (#12 in the main box is a 20A for the fuel pump etc). things to check - blown fuse or have a bad connection or a wonky ignition switch.

 

Do you own a volt/ohm meter? Sorry, couldn't resist. No pun intended.
