Default Fatigued Front Springs?

Hi,
New poster but long time Volvo owner looking for help.
1999 V70 XC
Canada car with 353,219 km's/219,480 miles
The front ride height is very low. I know that the front strut bushings/bearings etc. all are way beyond service plus the struts, too.
I have most of the service history for this car but struts and Nivomat's are something that I cannot find an invoice for! May be original.

Questions:
- Best place to source front springs and complete front strut kit?
- Local wreckers have a couple XC's with less mileage but I am risking same situation?
- How long do rear Nivomat's last? Neither of mine are leaking although the left side shows considerable rust on upper metal skirt (bellows compresses up into this).
- I can stomach the complete strut kits for the front but the Nivo's are serious money!
- Suggest I do the fronts and the rear upper shock mounts and see what the result is???
