Default Hard to start V70xc

I have a 99 v70xc B5254T with 230k miles that has developed a starting problem. Most of the time it occurs when the car is warm and sometimes after a fuel up. When it does this it will not start until I crank it for up to 10 seconds or so and it often takes several of these attempts to get it going. After that it runs great with no apparent problems. Most times the car starts first time right away.

I recently replaced the evap purge solenoid and the antenna ring but still have the problem. The cvvt solenoid was cleaned and the camshaft position sensor replaced about 2 years ago.

It is throwing codes p0422 (main catalyst efficiency), p0013 (exhaust camshaft position actuator open circuit) and p1332 (cvvt solenoid).

One more thing that doesn't seem related, but just the other day the quick disconnect on the fuel line running into the fuel rail came apart. The starting issue occurred both before and after this was repaired.

My first thought is the cvvt solenoid, but would that cause the starting problem? Any thoughts would really be appreciated.

I would start with the CPS.
