Hi, just ran super low on oil, and someone had 5-20w synthetic oil, and I think I over-filled it--about centimeter above top double X marker on dip stick.

How much trouble am I in?

Do I need to drain some before driving?

Any comments welcome; and I apologize not hunting down previous posts on this subject; kind of in a fix due to data limits for phone hotspot

 

I would think that's within the measurement error. 1 cm is not much.
