Default How to remove the center counsel

I would like to replace my center counsel faux wood and replace with a non broken one, and I woudl also like to replace the light in the gear selector. How in the heck to I remove it????? Im kinda lost on where to start and I dont wanna pry up to hard on stuff and break it all (even though its getting replaced) I need to know how to remove properly so I can install the new one.

Not sure the Chilton manual will tell you. The glove box door is easy enough, I think it's only 2-3 T25 screws and then gently pull it off. Console lower portion is a little more complicated. You'll have to pull the panel off with the seat heater switches and remove screws/bolts under a cover under the armrest. The REAL challenge will be the center stack piece. Need to either pull the whole dash to do it, or have very small hands and flexible tools.
