Default Misfiring under load V70

Hi guys, I have trawled through lots of threads about misfiring and lack of power, and they all pretty much come to the same conclusion. Ignition coils failing. So here is my problem. I have a 2000 V70 2.5 non turbo. Love this car and the one I had previously, Mark I V70 (which did have coil issues). So driving the other day and it started to misfire. I could hear it through the exhaust note and feel it all be it slight. Drove it home and it was misfiring and brought up an engine management light flashing and a message saying "Urgent service required, drive slowly". So long story short, a set and plugs and one ignition coil later and the misfire has subsided from constantly being evident to only being under load, i.e. climbing hills or hard accelerating. I had a chap put an OBD reader on it and no stored faults and none current. Now this car has done 149K miles, its an auto and it is evident that three of the five coils have previously been replaced. Now I have just done number four. So my question to all you guys who seem to be a dam sight more clued up than me is what do you think, a: I should do now, and b: what do you think is causing it?
