Potential Purchase Help - Choices: '98 V70 GLT, '99 V90, '00 XC

Hello,
Just an opinion poll:
Out of the above choices, all things being equal in condition, is there any clear reason to choose one over the others?

I'd take the '00 XC. AWD and turbo I-5? Can't go wrong there.
I have a 2000 V70XC and I enjoy the heck out of the car.
