what year is your V70 and which engine? Other than checking for codes, what testing/inspections have been done? Also, make sure your scanner is compatible with the older OBD2 protocols. you may want to rescan with a more fully featured code reader that can do both CAN and ISO9141-2 protocols

i just ha d a file pressure gauge hooked up to the line at the front of the engine, good pressure.
ive got a FOXWELL NT301 OBD2 Scanner
no lights on the dash
it runs like crap, but it runs, starts after cranking for a while.
