Default Stereo AM FM Cables

I replaced the stock stereo in my' 99 V70 with a different stereo. The stock stereo had separate connections for AM and FM, but the stereo that I put in only has one antenna input. I've never seen a car with separate wires. Is there a way to somehow combine the two into one connection so I can have AM and FM?

Do you listen to AM? If not then I wouldn't worry about it. I have recently replaced the radio in my 98, I left the factory amp, CD changer and smaller antenna wire unplugged in mine.

I do listen to AM. I've been streaming the radio from my phone for when I want to listen to AM for the time being.
