surging and idel
i just got a 1999 v70 xc it surges and when i check codes it has like 12 codes and when i run live stream the batt voltage is showing 17 volts and the 5 volt system shows 9.5 volts yet actual voltage is 13 7 volts and yellow wire at the coolant temp sensor shows 5 volts any ideas im thinking ecm ?
