Problem after battery replacement . (new battery)

All seemed normal before switching .

After battery replacement I can not connect with ECM from the diagnostic connector.
Fuel gauge , no RPM displayed, no temperature , no numbers on the display instrument panel , almost no lights ( only light is ETS and engine fail) (I 've tried with another ETM no result )

The car starts but runs poorly

All fuses are checked ,

ECM was sent to England to check and they said it was broken ( has been replaced parts and programmed again )

After ECM came from the workshop (autotec) are nothing got better .... all errors as before .

I called Volvo but they had not heard of such problem .
I need some advice and find fault.

Can Dashboard (instrument ) error make that not have contact with ECM

My main goal is to get connect with ECM and run diagnostics

What may fail .

( can not contact Volvo VIDA Diagnostics garage but with Bluetooth OBD II Torque android , I have had get Connected 2 times (of 100 tries ) with errors P1630 and P1633 )

I have tried Norwegian Volvo forum but no one can help
