Volvo Very Slugish when you accelerate
Hi there
I am new to this site and just recently purchased a volvo v70 estate.
My car is a volvo V70 Estate automatic - R reg (UK).
When i got the car i did a quick service.
The spark plugs were cleaned, air filter were cleaned also as well as the dis cap and rotar arm.
The problem is that when i accelerate the car is very slugish. The performance is NOT impressive for an automatice volvo. Its rather crap to be honest.
So, does anyone have any ideas what i need to do to improve the acceleration etc...???
The previous owner did very little with his car - maintance wise. The engine compartment was covered in road dust and untouched etc
Thank you for your help.
