So ive got a new car runs great. I work at a shop that has a junk 2004 s60 with a 2.5t. So heres my question; how difficult of a swap would it be to put the 2.5 in if the 2.4 were to go bad? To me they look like the same block. What all would i have to move over? Id like to keep my trans because i like having awd. And this is a car they plan on scrapping so ive got an all access pass lol.
