Default ETM Power

When i have the ignition in position 2 and remove/reinstall the #2 fuse on my 2000 V70XC, i dont hear the ETM click or engage? On my 2001 V70XC i can diffidently hear it. I am going through some limp mode/ ETS light issues and i am trying to troubleshoot. What is the cause of not hearing the ETM click or having it be so quiet i can barely hear it?

Recently dealt with this issue. Best place to start is the Xemodex website. They have a great diagnostic here: https://xemodex.com/us/knowledgebase...ic-flow-chart/

Really helped me out.

Also, there is an additional tech bulletin below the flowchart pdf here: https://xemodex.com/us/diagnostic-flow-charts/

The links work for me; maybe they come as a pop-up and you have those blocked? Or just type it in manually?
