The heater fan comes on for 2 sec.quits, and the orange lights starts binking för 10 seconds. The heater doors seems to be working, and the ac clicks on .
I cleaned out the little grill on the dash with air. No change.
When I restart the car, the cycle repeats itself.

If the heater fan motor draws too much current it will run for a second and then the control unit shuts off the power. The solution is usually a new heater fan motor (even if it sounds and works normally) Sometimes a work around is to start the car with the fan off. Then slowly move the fan lever increasing the speed.
