After trying to change parts I finally came across an old solution. I purchased a can of electrical contact cleaner with the car off I pulled off the fan button and sprayed while i moved dwitch back and forth a bunch. I didn't have much hope but it worked. For a few bucks give it a try. It works on all things electrical. Good luck
