Still trying to get this heap of junk through the annual test so PLEASE help.

No, the sign says, 'not inserted' as it should and goes out when I insert buckle, as it should, so therefore it receives the signal BUT the fault code says "No set belt buckle signal received 00D0 and 00D1 which contradicts itself.
With no dash warning I assume your car fails because it's plugged in for inspection.
Can't you tell the inspector it's a small glitch and the regular warning light works?
Which seat is it? COULD the "occupant pressure sensor" in that seat be faulty be tied in?

It fails test because it brings up SRS light.
I have made a couple of resistor (2.2 Ohm) and capasitor pack (0.01 & .47 ) which cleared the air bag codes ( It has SIPS.) But the seat buckle /SRS problem will not clear. I did reset moduels with battery reset trick but SRS light and codes 00D0 & 00D1 persists.
But central locking works now.

The battery disconnect trick doesn't work for the SRS light as we all know.
I wonder if Volvo's VIDA or my BSR-PPC reader/scanner would clear the codes and thus the light.
I have a BSR-PPS reader and it does clear the SRS code.
Is it dealership time?
