Default 2004 V70 loses power intermittently, lights go out, DIM shuts off, runs sluggish.

Hi people! I'm new here, and looking for help. So my 2004 V70 has been having an intermittent problem, every few days it loses power and all lights and DIM shuts off, the car keeps running but very sluggish, to the point where I have to stop, wait a bit, and then start it again, and everything is fine again for a few days...I have checked fuses, everything seems fine (even though, I've been told sometimes you can't tell whether a fuse is blown or not)...I was told there could be ECM/TCM communication issues, to which I took both out and checked (all connection components looked good, and clean)...and now, I'm here. I don't know what the problem is exactly. I read the posts here with similar issues, claiming the causes to be either, DIM is bad or position 32 fuse is blown, among other things. Any input?

Battery leads? Are they nice and tight on battery? Do the battery wires look to be in good condition?
