Hi All,

I parked my V70 at at Manhattan parking garage and when the attendant was returning the car I noticed a strange, high pitch almost vacuum motor like noise. I recorded it, and it sounds like it is coming from the driver's side of the engine bay. It does not change with engine speed. Any thoughts?
