Hello everyone I'm new to using a forum so sorry if anything isn't right I have have a V70 d5 and there is a strong smell of fumes when the engine is on inside the car when the blowers are on and when stood outside the exhaust doesn't sound to be blowing there is some smoke coming from oil cap when removed is this normal it's done 134000 miles with full service history but for the last seven years and 50000 miles the owner has nursed it every where it's probably never been over 3000 rpm any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks
