Default 2009 V70 Drivers Door Switches Not Working

All,

Recently started having intermittent issues with the drivers door switches where the door locks would or would not work depending on how wide the door was open. Now it has morphed where none of the switches work for windows or locks and there is no backlighting for the switches. I'm guessing its a broken wire in the harness and I'm trying to determine if that's the case or not. I checked the fuses and all seem ok. I pulled the DD harness connector and from what I can tell the sockets seem ok. However, when I measure the voltage across the 4 large sockets I have some puzzling results. When I measure between the large 2 sockets on the top to the 2 lower ones I get only 6.3v... I didn't see any pin #'s so I'm unable to make a proper reference.

To make matters more puzzling the drivers side passenger lock and window controls do not function as compared to both passenger side doors windows/locks work...

Any help appreciated and any links to a wiring diagram would be appreciated.

Thank you,
d.
