car wont start after timing belt replace

Hi i am in the need of help with my 01 volvo v70 .
after i didi the timingbelt an replace the battery my car wont start . i have check the timing mark and fallow all presedures how ever it wont start.

kranking no start

no RPM during cranking any help any one?
