Recently my 2001 v70xc has started shaking..

I had the codes read because the engine light came on... got a first cylinder misfire as well as a turbo valve malfunction code.

I changed all the spark plugs yesterday and put in a new coil pack. Ran smooth for about 20 minutes, then began to shake again.

The shaking is worst between idle and ~2500 rpms.

Any ideas? I'm stumped.
