Just installed a replacement engine, I have a spark but no injection. I have fuel pressure at the rail and the injector fuse (#6 in the engine bay fuse box) is fine. car will run when I spray ether into the intake manifold so I know I have spark. Car was running when the old engine threw a rod, what am I missing?
Is there an injector relay?

 

I just used a light to see if the fuse is getting any power and it is getting power after i stop cranking but not while the car is turning over. the light stays lit for a few seconds after i stop cranking then shuts off.
I would have already trailered it to the dealer but it is a 2 hour drive. :|
