I have a wrecked and loaded 2002 XC70... pretty sure it has every option available.
I just bought a 01 XC70 that has less options... I am wondering about transferring...

Heated Seats? the 02 has them.. the 01 does not. Wife loves this. Many cars have all the wiring in place... you just add switches and the seats... does the volvo?

Key lock and remotes... 02 has 2 remotes and 2 keys... 01 has 1 key.. no remote.... Where is the Remote receiver? can I transfer all locks to the 01 along with remotes?

I am a retired Master tech... but no little about volvos. I bought these cars extremely cheap.
The 01 has 169K ran poorly... still working on it. body has a cpl good dings... but it drives great aside from the poor running issues. picked up for $527.00 AWD will be great this winter in NH.
02 has 123K runs perfect...hit hard in the butt... got it for scrap value after it sat for 3 years.
Plan is to use 02 for parts on 01... should have a nice car for the wife to drive for many years,

Nothing you can do. The CCM is programmed for heated seats and the receiver is in the rearview mirror, which is also programmed to the car.
