I just recently bought an S60 with some options and didn't notice that I could add a 20GB hard drive MP3 player to it. I was wondering is it possible to add that option afterwards or is it one of the options that has to be installed while the car is being built?

 

I do not know about that option. Are you thinking about the iPod adapter maybe? Check volvocars.com, and iPod adapter is prominantly featured on that site.

 

Yes, there is an ipod adapter kit that you can but and have the dealer install it.

 

Your vehicle has pre wiring for this option. It still needs to be purchased and installed by the dealer. I believe the wiring is set up in the center console(armrest)
